Acquisitions and Disposals

We assist a range of clients for a variety of asset types (i.e. office, retail and industrial) and purposes. We can advise tenants looking for new premises about lease terms and whether the proposed rent is in line with the market so that they are not over paying.

With regard to freeholders, we provide Disposal Advice and Disposal Reports, of an asset and by understanding the client’s requirements we will take a strategic approach to advise on their options that best meets their needs.

For investors or developers, we will ascertain your requirements and will advise on the acquisition of income producing property or development sites. We can also assist by finding off-market opportunities that maybe of interest.

We can also assist with pre-acquisition services by technical due diligence reports through our in-house building surveying department, and by instructing Blackacre for several services we can be more efficient and cost effective than other firms.
