Drone Surveys

Experts in property drone inspection services, providing images to help with costings, repair specs & other surveying needs. Sussex, London, Surrey and Kent. Our CAA qualified pilots capture high quality photo and video. RICS Chartered Building Surveyors will review this footage, and ensure the client receives useful and practical information. We fully insure all of our Aerial Drone Surveys, finding that they are a much more time and cost effective way of viewing high level elements.

What we provide

There are plenty of inaccessible or visually obstructed areas of a building. Roofs, gutters, terraces or high level elevations are just some examples. We provide critical additional information with our Drone Surveys. Our clients will often include these with our Commercial and Residential Building Surveys. This allows them to have much more information about the building they are purchasing or managing.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology within building surveying has emerged in recent years. It is now providing a significant cost and informational benefit to the client. Rather than requiring physical access to the roof with a Cherry Picker or Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) we are now able to provide this information quicker, safer and at reduced cost.

How our Aerial Drone Surveys can help you

Whether its a busy city location or industrial estate, our experienced pilots will provide high resolution video and/or photography up to 4k.

We can identify a number of defects using our Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) systems, that simply cannot be seen from ground level or from a window. Comment will be made on the state of gutters, the general condition of roof coverings, and locate any vegetation growth. Our Building Surveyors will review this footage and fed it back to the client for further discussions. They will be fully informed of their repairing liability in the future and can plan accordingly.

Further to this, we can also record accurate condition schedules of buildings at high levels. These can be taken prior to construction works, and then compared afterwards, to ensure no damage is caused.

Contact us today and we would be happy to talk through how our Aerial Drone Surveys can help you.
