In addition to interior building capture, Blackacre offers Topographical (Topographic) Surveys to provide precise, context-rich elevation and ground data for your site. Leveraging both our scanning capabilities and GNSS/total station control, we can provide:
A full site survey capturing contours, spot levels, offsets, boundaries, visible features (trees, walls, kerbs, services)
Fixed control points tied to OS grid and altitude (Above Mean Sea Level, AMSL)
Terrain models (Digital Terrain Model, DTM) and contour line plots
Point clouds or surface models of external features
Combined “scan + topo” deliverables when building and land data are required together
