Our Chartered Building Surveying team offers a range of other services to assist you. Additional services we provide include; Rent review / Lease Renewal, Lease restructuring, Lease Extension and Collective / Leasehold Enfranchisement services.

As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors we are experienced in both the residential and commercial property sectors, and although the two sectors bring their own different respective problems, we are able to recognize these and offer advice accordingly.
