Simon Ly is a Director of Blackacre Chartered Surveyors & Valuers and leads the valuation side of the practice. An RICS Registered Valuer, he advises private and corporate clients on commercial and residential property valuations across London and the South East, prepared to RICS ‘Red Book’ standards.
Simon has extensive experience gained at Central London firms, acting for a wide variety of residential and commercial clients. He oversees Blackacre’s valuation and lease advisory work — providing accurate, independent and defensible advice to developers, landlords, lenders, corporate clients and private individuals.
